1. What We Collect
(a) Creating an account – We collect your name, email address, phone number, username and password. All of this information is mandatory to create your account, save your alert criteria and notify you of matches.
(b) Subscribing – You provide your billing information which is mandatory to bill your initial fee and any recurring fees associated with your plan. We utilize Stripe.com as our payment processor; your name, email address and billing information is transferred to our payment processor for the purposes of initial and recurring charges. 2. What we store
We store your name, email address, phone number, username, password and last four digits of your credit card. This information is used to identify your account, send you alerts, renew your subscription and allow customer support to contact you as needed.
3. What we share
With the exception of information sent to our payment processor as outlined in 1(a) above, we do not sell, share or distribute any information about you, your account or your search criteria with any third party.
4. Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
